1. Introduction
ChurnFast is a trading name of Red Rock Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13972306). References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Red Rock Digital Ltd.
ChurnFast operates a churn intelligence platform that helps SaaS founders detect at-risk customers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to that information.
By using ChurnFast you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
a) Account Information
When you register for an account we collect your name, email address, and password (or authentication credentials from a third-party provider such as Google). If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is collected and processed directly by DodoPayments — we do not store your credit card details.
b) Stripe Billing Data
When you connect your Stripe account, we access subscription, invoice, and payment event data for your customers. This includes subscription status, plan details, payment success and failure events, dispute information, and billing intervals. We use this data to generate churn risk scores and billing health metrics.
c) Behavioural Tracking Data
If you install the ChurnFast JavaScript tracking snippet on your application, we collect anonymised behavioural data about your customers, including page views, session duration, feature usage, click patterns, and engagement frequency. This data is associated with customer identifiers you provide and is used to calculate engagement scores and detect usage trends.
d) Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the ChurnFast platform, including pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, and device information. We use this data to improve and maintain the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your information for the following purposes:
- Providing the Service, including churn risk predictions, health scores, and alert notifications
- Processing payments and managing your subscription
- Training and improving our machine-learning models to deliver more accurate churn predictions
- Communicating with you about your account, service updates, and support requests
- Monitoring and improving the security, performance, and reliability of the Service
- Complying with legal obligations
4. Data Processing and Storage
Your data is processed and stored on servers located in secure data centres. We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Churn predictions and health scores are generated by processing your Stripe billing data and behavioural tracking data through our machine-learning pipeline. The resulting scores and insights are stored alongside your account data.
5. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third-party services as necessary to operate the Service:
- DodoPayments — processes your subscription payments. DodoPayments' privacy policy governs their handling of payment information.
- Stripe — you connect your own Stripe account so we can synchronise your customers' billing data for churn analysis. Stripe's privacy policy governs their platform.
We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties for any purpose beyond what is necessary to operate the Service as described above.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
ChurnFast uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the platform. These include:
- Essential cookies — required for authentication and core functionality
- Preference cookies — remember your settings such as sidebar state
The ChurnFast tracking snippet installed on your application uses a first-party cookie to associate behavioural data with customer sessions. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Billing and behavioural tracking data is retained for the duration of your subscription to maintain historical churn analysis and trend data.
When you delete your account or cancel your subscription, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
8. Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities

10. Your Customers' Data
When you use ChurnFast, you act as the data controller for your customers' information, and we act as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate legal basis (such as consent or legitimate interest) to collect and share your customers' data with us through the Stripe integration and tracking snippet.
We process your customers' data solely to provide the Service to you and do not use it for any independent purpose.
11. Children's Privacy
ChurnFast is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice within the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
